Ad clicks get tracked here, and Consent Mode holds that tracking off until you say yes.

This policy took effect on 2026-09-24. It applies to every visit to ronevexa.com from that date, including visits that arrive from a paid ad click.

03. What gets collected

The inquiry form takes name, phone, email, job address, the kind of job, a written description of the work, and the consent tick. The support chat keeps the messages you send it and a token stored in your browser so you can return to the same conversation. Neither one asks for a password or takes payment — Ronevexa doesn't sell anything through this site and no card data is ever collected.

Alongside a form or chat submission, the site's own logs record the IP address, the browser's user-agent string, the referring page, and the moment the page was rendered and the moment the form was sent. Cookies and similar storage may hold a consent choice and, once allowed, an advertising click identifier.

Ad clicks carry their own identifiers into the page address: gclid from Google Ads, msclkid from Microsoft Advertising, and fbclid from Meta Ads where a campaign runs there. These are treated as personal data under this policy.

04. What it's used for

Inquiry and chat details are used to reply to the specific job you asked about — scheduling a walk-through, answering a question about a trade, or following up on a punch-list call. Log data is used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse. Cookie identifiers and ad click identifiers are used to measure whether a Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising or Meta Ads click led to an inquiry, and to build advertising audiences from that measurement where you've allowed it.

Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising run paid traffic to this site today, and Meta Ads may. Each platform attaches its own click identifier to the link a visitor arrives on: gclid for google ads, msclkid for microsoft advertising, and fbclid for Meta Ads. Nothing on this site states that any of these platforms has reviewed or approved ronevexa.com — the identifiers exist so a click can be matched to the inquiry it produced, not as an endorsement.

07. Consent Mode v2

This site runs Google's consent mode, holding four signals denied by default on every visit: ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage. None of them switch to granted until a visitor actively allows storage in the banner. Declining, or simply not choosing, keeps all four denied. Withdrawing a prior choice sets all four straight back to denied.

08. Who else receives it

Data described above may reach, one by one: Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC, which runs Google Ads and receives the consent signals and gclid; Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd, which runs Microsoft Advertising and receives msclkid — its own handling of that data is described at privacy.microsoft.com; Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, which runs Meta Ads and receives fbclid where a campaign is live there; the hosting provider that serves this site and stores the inquiry database; and the mail provider that carries the notification email into the operator's inbox at office@ronevexa.com.

09. Transfers outside where you are

Google, Microsoft and Meta process data in the United States and elsewhere, including outside the European Economic Area for visitors located there. Where that happens, it relies on the standard contractual clauses those companies publish for exactly this purpose, alongside their own certifications. Ronevexa itself is based in Texas and stores inquiry and chat data with a hosting provider serving the United States.

• Inquiries and their email copies: 24 months.
• Chat transcripts: 12 months.
• Server and access logs: 30 days.
• A recorded consent choice: 6 months, then the banner asks again.

Nothing here is kept "as long as necessary" without a number attached — those are the actual windows this site runs on.

11. How it's protected

The inquiry and chat forms run over an encrypted connection. Access to the stored inquiries and chat transcripts is limited to the small crew running the shop — the same six people who run the jobs, not a separate sales floor. Honeypot fields on every form catch automated submissions before they reach a human inbox.

12. Rights under the GDPR

Visitors reaching this site from Europe have rights under the gdpr: to access the data held about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting anything done before the withdrawal.

13. Rights under US state law

California residents have rights under the ccpa, as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know what's collected, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Residents of other states with an equivalent privacy law have the corresponding rights that law grants. Ronevexa does not sell personal information for money; where cookie-based ad sharing counts as a "sale" or "share" under a state's definition, declining the storage banner opts you out of it.

14. Global Privacy Control

This site honors global privacy control. If your browser sends the Sec-GPC signal, it's treated as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of your data automatically, without needing to click through the cookie banner again.

15. Children

This site is built for homeowners arranging renovation work and is not directed at children. Ronevexa does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16, and any inquiry that appears to come from a minor gets deleted rather than answered.

16. Complaints

If you think this policy hasn't been followed, you can complain to your state Attorney General, or, if you're in California, to the California Privacy Protection Agency. European visitors can complain to their own country's data protection authority. We'd rather hear from you first at office@ronevexa.com, but that's not a requirement before you complain elsewhere.

17. Exercising these rights

Write to office@ronevexa.com or send a request through the data request page naming what you're asking for — access, deletion, correction or an opt-out — and the email or phone number your inquiry used. You can also write to the postal address below. Every request gets a substantive answer within 10 days.

18. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects what's collected or why, the effective date at the top of this page moves and a short note goes on the homepage for the following thirty days. Continuing to use the site after that date means the updated policy applies to you.
